Shipments are FOB origin. Title to the items sold passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Bulk orders are shipped via truck or air freight. Shipments weighing less than ~75 lbs. are packaged in styrofoam coolers and shipped overnight via Federal Express. Normally orders are shipped prepaid with freight charges added to the customer's invoice, however the customer has the option of specifying another freight carrier and may have the freight charged to his own account. To avoid possible product damage due to delayed deliveries, shipments of frozen or wet iced products will ship on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. We will not accept responsibility for shipments made contrary to our normal shipping schedule. Any special shipping requirements must be clearly indicated in writing at the time an order is placed.
All major credit cards are accepted, or pending approval of a credit application, customers may set-up a charge account. Payment terms on accounts are net 30 days from date of shipment. A charge of 1.5% per month may be added to invoices over 30 days.

Animal Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice. Discounts can be received on standing orders. Regular shipping dates can be scheduled for up to 12 months. Prices however, cannot be guaranteed over this amount of time.
